Ayoade holds Bachelors degrees in Environmental Engineering and African and African American Studies, and a Masters degree in Environmental Communication. Their interests in Environmental Justice and the arts have taken them to internships and curatorial fellowships at the National Museum of African American History and Culture and the Fine Arts Museums of San Francisco, and an artist residencies at Earthseed Farm in Sonoma County, Californin, and at Instituto Sacatar in Bahia, Brazil.
She aspires to carry on old and new ways of storytelling and dream-weaving inherited from their ancestors and learned from their friends and teachers.
